Ni m\u00e5ste pr\u00f6va.<\/p>\n<h3>Surdegspizza<\/h3>\n<h4>Botten<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>4,5 dl kallt vatten<\/li>\n<li>75 g vetesurdeg<\/li>\n<li>1 msk salt<\/li>\n<li>3 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1,5 tsk agavesirap<\/li>\n<li>5 dl durumvetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>5-6 dl vetemj\u00f6l special<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Blanda surdeg, vatten, salt, olja och sirap i en stor bunke. Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6let lite i taget och arbeta till en smidig och kladdig deg, f\u00f6r hand tar det ca 15 minuter. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa i kylen \u00f6ver natten. Dela degen i 3-4 bitar och kavla ut till <em>tunna<\/em> pizzor. L\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper-kl\u00e4dda pl\u00e5tar.<\/p>\n<h4>P\u00e5l\u00e4gg 1<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 sats tomats\u00e5s (se recept nedan)<\/li>\n<li>1 zucchini, hyvlad till tunna remsor<\/li>\n<li>1 tunt skivad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1-2 dl halverade oliver<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 dl olivolja<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk torkad oregano<\/li>\n<li>ev. riven ost, t. ex jeezly perfekt pizza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pensla en eller tv\u00e5 av pizzorna med olivolja l\u00e4ngst ut p\u00e5 kanterna. F\u00f6rdela sedan p\u00e5l\u00e4gget utom oreganon j\u00e4mnt \u00f6ver degen, tomats\u00e5sen underst. Gr\u00e4dda i 225-250\u00b0c ugn 15 minuter. Gr\u00e4dda i 225-250\u00b0c ugn 15 minuter. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver oregano, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ruccola och servera.<\/p>\n<h4>Tomats\u00e5s<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 hackad gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1-2 rivna vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 dl olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 pkt krossade tomater<\/li>\n<li>2 msk vin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>1 msk agavesirap<\/li>\n<li>2 msk torkad oregano, timjan och\/eller basilika<\/li>\n<li>salt och svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s all l\u00f6k mjuk i oljan i en kastrull. Tills\u00e4tt \u00f6vriga ingredienser, koka upp och sjud 15-20 minuter.<\/p>\n<h4>Ljus pizzas\u00e5s<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 stora gula l\u00f6kar, finhackade<\/li>\n<li>4 hackade vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/li>\n<li>1 dl olivolja<\/li>\n<li>2 dl vitt vin<\/li>\n<li>salt och svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s all l\u00f6k mjuk i oljan i en kastrull. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vin, l\u00e5t koka 5 minuter, salta och peppra.
