Eftersom jag har gymnasiearbetes-seminarie imorrn och mitt arbete handlar om surdeg, passar ju surdegspizza alldeles f\u00f6rtr\u00e4ffligt.<\/p>\n<h2>Surdegspizza<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Eventuellt 25 g j\u00e4st<\/li>\n<li>4,5 dl kallt vatten<\/li>\n<li>75 g vetesurdeg<\/li>\n<li>1 msk salt<\/li>\n<li>3 msk olja<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tsk agavesirap<\/li>\n<li>5 dl durumvetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>5-6 dl vetemj\u00f6l special<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e5l\u00e4gg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(J\u00e4sten kan antagligen uteslutas, men det skadar inte att anv\u00e4nda ifall att surdegen inte har tillr\u00e4ckligt stor j\u00e4skraft). Smula ner j\u00e4sten i en stor bunke. H\u00e4ll i vatten, r\u00f6r tills j\u00e4sten l\u00f6st sig. Tills\u00e4tt surdeg, salt, olja och sirap. R\u00f6r i 1\/2 av durumvetemj\u00f6let, b\u00f6rja arbeta in mj\u00f6let f\u00f6r hand eller i k\u00f6ksassistent med degkrokar. Arbeta in resten av allt mj\u00f6l lite i taget till en smidig deg. F\u00f6r hand tar det ca 15 minuter.
