Nu har jag \u00e4ntligen gjort det:<\/p>\n<p>Majon\u00e4s.<\/p>\n<p>Jag syftar p\u00e5 aquafaba-varianten f\u00f6rst\u00e5s. Superenkelt och supergott. Jag \u00e4r dock den typen som helst blandar majon\u00e4sen med n\u00e5got, naturell majon\u00e4s \u00e4r lite tr\u00e5kig och lite f\u00f6r fet f\u00f6r att jag ska tycka att den \u00e4r god som den \u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r hur som helst ett recept som ni b\u00f6r testa bums om ni inte redan gjort det:<\/p>\n<h3>MAJON\u00c4S<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">3 msk kik\u00e4rtsspad<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">2 dl rapsolja<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">1 tsk dijonsenap<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">2 tsk f\u00e4rsk citronjuice<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Salt och vitpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"p1\">G\u00d6R S\u00c5 H\u00c4R<\/h4>\n<p>Blanda kik\u00e4rtsspad, dijonsenap och citronjuice i en h\u00f6g mixersk\u00e5l.\u00a0H\u00e4ll ner rapsolja sakta medan du mixar intensivt med en stavmixer till en kr\u00e4mig konsistens.\u00a0Smaka av med salt och vitpeppar (och eventuell valfri smaks\u00e4ttning), mixa upp igen till en tjock, kr\u00e4mig majon\u00e4s.
