H\u00e4ll sen rabarber, avrunnen v\u00e4tska och vaniljpulver i en kastrull, sjud tills rabarbern mjuknat. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 citronsaft, l\u00e5t svalna.<\/p>\n<h3>Botten:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g digestivekex<\/li>\n<li>125 g sm\u00e4lt margarin<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsk mald muskot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mixa kexen till smulor, blanda med sm\u00e4lt margarin och malen muskot. Pressa ut massan j\u00e4mnt \u00f6ver bottnen p\u00e5 en rund springform med l\u00f6stagbar kant. St\u00e4ll i frysen 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<h3>Fyllning:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g vegansk f\u00e4rskost<\/li>\n<li>220 g florsocker<\/li>\n<li>Saft och rivet zest fr\u00e5n en lime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vispa ihop samtliga ingredienser till en j\u00e4mn smet som sen breds ut i ett j\u00e4mnt lager \u00f6ver smulbottnen, st\u00e4ll i frysen n\u00e5gra timmar.
