Och billig.<\/p>\n<h3>Bortsjtj<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g r\u00f6dbetor<\/li>\n<li>2 gula l\u00f6kar<\/li>\n<li>2 mor\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>250 g vitk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>1 liter buljong<\/li>\n<li>1 lagerblad<\/li>\n<li>1 msk \u00e4ttiksprit<\/li>\n<li>salt och peppar<\/li>\n<li>olja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skala och riv betor, mor\u00f6tter och l\u00f6k, strimla k\u00e5len. Stek i olja i en stor kastrull ett par minuter, tills\u00e4tt sen \u00f6vriga ingredienser (utom \u00e4ttiksprit) och l\u00e5t sm\u00e5koka under lock 20-30 minuter. Smaka av med \u00e4ttiksprit och servera med valfria tillbeh\u00f6r, kanske p\u00e5 traditionellt ryskt vis med potatispirog?
